We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

• Same day cancellations, after-hours via voicemail the day before, or no-shows will be charged based on the time reserved at a rate of $50 per hour booked.

Your Appointment Time Is Reserved Just for You. We value your time—and we deeply appreciate you valuing ours. At our salon, each appointment is booked exclusively for you. We do not double book, and our stylists are paid solely on commission, meaning a 3-4 hour service represents a significant portion of their day and income.

Providing at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes allows us the opportunity to rebook that time with another guest. For select services, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
